PhD Student, Computer Science
University of Colorado at Boulder
I'm a PhD student at the University of Colorado at Boulder in the Computer Science Department. I work for Henry Tufo as a Research Assistant in the Computational Science Center.
I received my BS in Computer Science from IIT in May 2003, and subsequently interned at Argonne National Lab in the Summer and Fall of 2003. Since coming to Colorado, I had the opportunity to intern at the IBM Research TJ Watson Laboratory, Argonne's MCS division, and TACC at UT Austin. I was also formerly a Student Assistant at NCAR in the now-defunct Computer Science Section.
My interests are in High Performance Scientific Computing, particularly emerging parallel architectures, languages, and performance analysis.
