Mediterranean Daily was a semester project for Mrs. Roxanne Thompson's 1995 Greek and Roman Mythology class at Gering High School in Gering, Nebraska. The objective of this project was to create a newspaper containing original news and other materials based upon the mythology curriculum presented during the course of the semester.

In two words: Hyperlinks and Google. This is almost a case for David Weinberger and the Journal of the Hyperlinked Organization. Mediterranean Daily was submitted for grading, demonstrated to the class, and forgotten. But Google returns hits to people who linked to it -- in several languages -- and I will probably keep it around forever.

These pages represent my first work with the World Wide Web. It was done before I even started to consider college.
